Keith Gipe

Keith has more than 28 years of construction experience as a contractor, renovator and inspector. He has also performed over 1500 residential and commercial inspections over the past 11years.
Keith maintains professional affiliations in ASHI & ICC. He is a full member of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI #203499), since 1999.
Keith jointly taught the International Residential Codes to over 1500 builders as part of the Certified Professional Home Builders Program for the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association. He is conference speaker and seminar instructor on code and construction related topics.
